Tres World Sweden AB – Onda

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership, ticket purchases, and use of the website, mobile application, and related services operated by Tres World Sweden AB (reg. no. 559248-4702), operating under the brand name “Onda” via the domain ondaverse.app and associated digital platforms (the “Platform”).

 

References in these Terms to “Tres World”, “Onda”, “we”, “us”, or “our” shall mean Tres World Sweden AB.

 

By creating an account, purchasing tickets, accessing ondaverse.app, or using any associated mobile application or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

 

 

1. Membership and Account

 

Membership is created via registration on our website or mobile application. Membership is personal and non-transferable and may only be used for lawful and non-commercial purposes unless expressly approved in writing by Tres World.

 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Tres World reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of the platform, unauthorised resale of tickets, provision of false information, or conduct at events that violates applicable laws, venue rules, or these Terms.

 

Tres World may offer tiered memberships with varying benefits. We reserve the right to modify membership structures, pricing, and benefits at any time. Membership does not guarantee access to any specific event or ticket allocation.

 

 

2. Ticket Purchases and Event Access

 

Tickets purchased through Tres World are subject to event-specific conditions and venue policies, including age restrictions and security requirements. Unless explicitly permitted by Tres World, tickets may not be resold, transferred for commercial gain, or used for promotional purposes without prior written consent.

 

Tres World reserves the right to cancel tickets obtained through automated systems, bots, fraudulent methods, or unauthorised resale. We may limit the number of tickets purchased per user and deny entry to events in cases of misconduct, intoxication, safety concerns, or violation of venue rules.

 

Unless required by mandatory consumer protection law, tickets are non-refundable. Booking or service fees are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the official event policy. Changes to event details, including lineup, timing, or venue adjustments, do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

 

 

3. Conduct at Events

 

By attending events organised or promoted by Tres World, you agree to comply with all venue rules and staff instructions. Tres World reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from events without refund where behaviour is deemed unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, discriminatory, violent, or in breach of event policies. Tres World may also restrict or permanently ban individuals from future events where appropriate.

 

 

4. Data Protection and Data Sharing

 

By registering for membership or purchasing tickets, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may collect and process personal information including identity details, contact information, date of birth, purchase history, attendance data, behavioural interaction data, and technical device information.

 

Tres World reserves the right to share relevant personal data with event promoters, production partners, venues, marketing partners, sponsors, payment providers, technical service providers, and security partners where necessary for the delivery of services, event operations, marketing collaboration, analytics, or legal compliance. All data processing and sharing will be conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

 

We may also use anonymised or aggregated data for business intelligence, reporting, cultural insights, and commercial partnership purposes. Marketing communications may be withdrawn at any time via account settings; however, transactional communications related to tickets, membership status, or event updates will continue as necessary.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

All content on the platform, including branding, graphics, text, event materials, design elements, and software, is owned by or licensed to Tres World AB and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

 

 

6. Platform Availability and Limitation of Liability

 

Tres World does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its website or application. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

 

Tres World shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events such as government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or security incidents. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it shall be limited to the value of the ticket purchased.

 

 

7. Amendments

 

Tres World reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

 

8. Governing Law and Disputes

 

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to membership, ticket purchases, or use of the platform shall be resolved by Swedish general courts. Consumers may also refer disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

9. Media, Photography and Recording Consent

 

By attending any event organised, promoted, or facilitated by Tres World AB, you acknowledge and agree that photography, audio recording, and video recording may take place at the event.

 

Tres World AB, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, and media collaborators may capture and use photographs, video footage, audio recordings, live streams, and other media in which you may appear. Such material may be used for promotional, marketing, editorial, commercial, archival, cultural documentation, social media, press, partnership, and advertising purposes, in any format or media channel now known or later developed.

 

By attending the event, you grant Tres World AB a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, publish, and publicly display such material without compensation or further approval.

 

If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, you must notify event staff upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, Tres World AB cannot guarantee that incidental capture in crowd footage will be avoided.

 

This clause does not affect your statutory rights under applicable data protection laws
